PROGRAMS & SERVICES
ESGW provides high quality, custom education and workforce development programming to meet the diverse needs of youth, young adults, adult learners, and professionals. To drive program development and impact, our Smart Workshop model incorporates research and data, highly interactive activities and real-time application. We provide custom turnkey events in the form of training sessions, summits, panels, retreats, boot camps, conferences, and excursions.
EDUCATION PROGRAMS
Our Smart education sessions provide customized support for students to accomplish their educational goals. We support the successful completion of high school through Valedictorian workshops and prepare students for college transition and persistence with Academy.
WORKFORCE READINESS
ESGW supports workforce needs by providing programmatic services with the aim of enhancing the employability skills for youth, young adults and professionals through Apex's career development and Apprentice's internship training.
SPECIALIZED TRAINING
ESGW provides specialized turnkey Smart international excursions through Atlas, advances males of color with Empower, enhances mentor programs by providing mentor training and certification with Impact and support the transition of returning citizens through Phoenix.
