ORIENTATION

Education Services of Greater Washington (ESGW) is a community based educational organization designed to provide high-quality custom training expert education and workforce programming for youth, young adults, adults, and professionals. As a resource for training best practices, we incorporate current scholar research with cooperative and self-directed learning tools to ensure our learners are prepared for their educational and professional endeavors. Through our Smart Turnkey programming events, we promote and assist the development of learners through informative and engaging instruction in a variety of formats. ESGW also provides program services to address the issues impacting marginalized populations.

Presentation & Implementation

Learning should be fun! We use interactive, engaging and throught provoking activities to enhance the learning process. Our facilitators, panelists, instructors and trainers understand the need to maximize participation to increase outcomes.

We provide partners with effective results. Through qualitative and quantitative valuation processes we finalize all programs with detailed reports inclusive of participant and partner feedback. Equally important, we brief partners on current best practices so that they may attain sustainable and continued learning after services are completed.
